Nominalizarile pentru "2013 Coin of the year"

Krause Publications a anuntat nominalizarile pentru "2013 Coin of the Year". Ceremonia de acordare a acestui titlu pentru cel mai bun design de moneda va avea loc in timpul  World Money Fair din Berlin din prima saptamina a lunii februarie 2013. Nominalizarile cuprind monede emise din 2011 pina in prezent de catre bancile din intreaga lume. Juriul este format din autori, editori si numismati precum si membri ai American Numismatic Association si Citizens Coinage Advisory Committee.
Castigatorul premiului de anul trecut a fost o moneda israeliana de 2 sheqalim intitulata "Jonah in the Whale".
